CHILD  - Children's Home Inventory of Listening Difficulties
               Version to be completed by parent (ages 3 - 12) and another to be completed by child (ages 8 - 12)
               Can be used as pretest and post-test for amplication use
               Can be used to determine need for assistive device use in home
               Used to assist in identifying listening strengths/nonstrengths prior to transition to school
               Can be used to advocate need for classroom hearing technology (FM) re: functional listening in noise

LIFE - Learning Inventory For Education
               LIFE Teacher Appraisal - used as post-test for changes in amplification or FM trial periods
               LIFE Student Appraisal - used as a pretest and a post-test for changes in amplification
               LIFE Pictures - pictures to illustrate each LIFE question
               Also used to determine situations which classroom accommodations are needed (i.e., 504 plan)
               Used to assist student in recognize and to advocate for themselves in difficult listening situations

ELF - Early Listening Function
               Discovery tool for parents to begin to understand the impact of hearing loss on their child
               Introduces the concept of the Listening Bubble and restrictions to incidental language learning
               Used to identify difficulties listening in noise and need for trial period with FM system in home/child care
